As an adoptee and a blessed single mother to two beautiful daughters I struggled to conceive my 3rd child. Following 3 miscarriages and 4 failed donor egg treatments in Spain, I adopted my son from Russia in 2011. Throughout these years of false hope and endless disappointments I found that the emotional support that I needed was not available. I embarked on a journey of learning, discovery and healing and I now feel I can support you on your journey.  

The 'theory' part of my journey to date is that I hold a first class honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences in Limerick and I became a Fertile Body Method Practitioner in 2013. To compliment my Fertility Counselling skills, I qualified in Reflexology through the Kerry School of Reflexology in 2014 and I am a member of the National Register of Reflexologists in Ireland. I have specialised in Fertility Reflexology and I am now a member of the Fertility Reflexology Network. More recently I have trained in Fertility Massage, a combination of abdominal sacral massage, pulsing and guided visualisations.  

I also have a Certificate in Bereavement Support from Milford Care Centre, Limerick and I am qualified in First Aid and Reiki. I am a member of Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists in Ireland and the British Infertility Counsellors Association. I regularly attend Workshops, Lectures and Courses to ensure my Continuous Professional Development is up to date.

My learning and healing still continues and I look back upon my life with gratitude for it has given me a deep understanding of adoption, single parenthood, miscarriage, donor treatments abroad and loss of many kinds. It has also given me love, hope, awareness, connection, creativity and a passion to help you to have a healthy pregnancy. My most fervent wish for you is that I can share with you and support you as you free your potential to conceive.
